Press Release: Camp Happy Hearts Fall 2009
Aug 05, 2009CONWAY, SC, AUGUST 5, 2009: Mercy Hospice and Palliative Care, the area’s oldest, non-profit hospice, will host its annual Camp Happy Hearts on Saturday, October 17, 2009. The camps festivities will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Fantasy Harbor and continue throughout the day.
Camp Happy Hearts is a one-day camp, held twice a year, intended to help grieving children laugh again. Children who are affected by life-limiting illnesses within their family, friends or loved ones, or those experiencing a loss of another kind, such as foster care placement, are encouraged to join in the fun.
