6th Annual John Heiert and Jean Wheeler Memorial Golf Tournament

The 6th Annual John Heiert/Jean Wheeler Memorial Golf Tournament was held on June 9, 2007 on the Palmetto and Pine Hills courses at Myrtlewood Golf Club.
Golfers enjoyed raffles, prizes, and a BBQ lunch while helping support Mercy Hospice’s Children’s programs.
Over the years, the number of players has risen steadily from 38 players to nearly 200 and raised a total of $67,280 for our Children’s Grief Programs!!!
We are so thankful to the Wheelers for their continued support over the years and the special place they hold in their hearts for the children of our area whose special needs are often unintentionally overlooked during the grieving process of a loved family member.
We are pleased to announce that Mike and Suzie Wheeler are our first couple to reach the Celestial level of our Angel of Mercy program! They are truly Angels of Mercy.
